Frequently asked questions

We source directly from local farmers and pack orders fresh on the day of delivery. No warehousing, no sitting on shelves — just farm-fresh produce to your door.

Delivery times vary by parish. Kingston & St. Andrew orders are typically fulfilled within 24–48 hours. Outer parishes may take 2–4 business days. You'll be contacted via WhatsApp with an estimated delivery window once your order is confirmed.

Contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. Orders that have already been packed or dispatched cannot be cancelled, but we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Only available items are shown in the shop. If a product becomes unavailable after you place your order, we'll contact you on WhatsApp to offer a substitute or a refund for that item.

No account needed. Your cart and contact details are saved in your browser so repeat orders are quick and easy. Just shop, checkout, and we handle the rest.
